Lisa Killingbeck Berkeley

Lisa Berkeley is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Since her admission to the California Bar in 2003, Lisa has concentrated her practice in the areas of trusts and probate, handling both contested and non-contested matters, including conservatorships, trust administrations, probate estates, will and trust contests, and estate planning.

A Riverside native and graduate of Poly High School and University of California – Riverside, Lisa commuted to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Law School, where she graduated in 2003 and received the Loyola Scholarship Award.

After law school, Lisa Berkeley was an attorney at the Riverside firm of Thompson & Colegate, which she joined in 2003 while awaiting her bar results, and where she became a partner in 2011. In 2014, Lisa began practicing in the Coachella Valley and worked at the Law Office of Jeremy J. Ofseyer before joining our firm in 2020.

Non-Legal Activities

Lisa resides in Palm Desert with her husband, two sons and dog Molly. In her free time, Lisa enjoys reading, traveling, and enjoying diverse cuisine with her family.
